    We share information in the event of a bankruptcy or reorganization, or a sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

    We share information to perform prepaid card transactions and other activities that you request. We may share the personal information with our franchisees, agents, affiliates, financial institutions that issue payment cards or process payment card transactions, entities that assist with payment card fraud prevention, and merchants. For example, in this context we provide financial institutions with information about their cardholders' transactions that Paymint processes. In addition, we may share personal information with other third parties with the consent of the individual to whom the information pertains.

    We also may share the information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform certain services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We require these service providers by contract to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of personal information they process on our behalf.

    On our websites, you may choose to use certain features for which we partner with other entities. These features, which include social networking and geographical location tools, are operated by third parties that are not affiliated with Paymint. The Cardholder would be required to cooperate with Paymint and follow the instructions given on the website in order to ensure the security of the information, and it is recommended that the Cardholder necessarily choose their passwords carefully such that no unauthorized access is made by a third party. To make the password complex and difficult for others to guess, the Cardholder should use combination of alphabets, numbers and special characters (like !, @, #, $ etc.). The Cardholder should undertake not to disclose their password to anyone or keep any written or other record of the password such that a third party could access it.

    We work closely with our affiliated businesses, franchisees, agents and partners, many of which have links within the Paymint site.
