Do I need to have a bank account to purchase the Gift Card?
Paymint Gift Card is a Visa card that can be gifted to your loved ones for special occasions. Paymint Gift Card will give the freedom choice to your loved ones to buy the gift of their choice using the Gift Card.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts loading which, the Gift card can be purchased?
For purchase of gift cards in retail locations, bank account is not mandatory. However, if you are purchasing the card through our website, then your bank account/card details will be required.
Can I purchase a card and gift it to my loved ones?
Minimum amount is Rs.500.00 Maximum amount is Rs. 50,000.00
Where can the card be used and not used?
Yes, anyone can purchase the Gift Card loading an amount and gift it to their loved ones. Customer can also buy a Gift Card for self-usage.
What documents should I submit when I purchase the Gift Card?
Card can be used in all VISA enabled merchant POS, for online purchase at e-commerce sites, train / flight / movie ticket bookings, and payment of utility bill. Card cannot be used in ATM (neither for cash withdrawal nor for balance check)
Is it required to provide KYC for beneficiary?
You need to submit
Address proof (as per bank's KYC norms) along with Application Form.
Can the card be reloaded?
No, only purchaser’s KYC is required, but the beneficiary’s details are captured. (Name, contact number, address etc) If a corporate is purchasing Gift Cards, then Corporate KYC is sufficient to purchase cards, but the corporate should provide details of beneficiaries.
How do I know the balance on my Gift Card?
No, Top up/Reload of a Gift Card is not allowed; a Gift Card can be loaded only once.
Can I transfer funds from one Gift Card to another?

Can unused funds be redeemed for Gift Cards?
No, the funds cannot be transferred.
How do I pay for a gift card?
No. As per RBI guidelines, cash redemption is not allowed for prepaid gift cards. But if a customer wishes, the balance amount can be used to purchase a new card.

All gift card orders are delivered in attractive packaging. We have tie ups with courier companies and delivery is carried forward through these companies.

No, we do not delivering internationally.

The estimated time of delivery is 5 working days; Delivery time may be shorter based on location.
Whom do I contact for enquiring about the status?
Every order placed in Paymint is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you buy the gift card, along with the sales invoice. Regular email updates will be sent regarding the status of your order.
Will I get a refund if the wrong card is delivered?

If you find that the wrong gift card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved. You can return the entire package (with the gift card intact) within a period of seven days in order to get a refund. We have a no-refund policy beyond a period of seven days. You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.
